If you could find a weight
management consultant or nutritionist to
personally walk you through the grocery store
(I say “if” because I don’t know of anyone
who does what I do and as thoroughly as I do
it!) you would pay well over $225.00
for their time and travel. Plus, they can only
stuff so much info into an hour, so you would
probably need several sessions with them…that’s
going to be an investment of well over
$450.00 to get probably half of the
information I will give you in my Healthy
Grocery Store DVD alone.
Plus, you
wouldn’t have the benefit of having a set of
CD’s that you could
listen to over and over or the
manual that you could
refer to again and again.
Local gyms and medical groups sometimes
offer workshops on healthy eating but they
usually just tell you the same old info you hear
all the time. They don’t tell you how to
realistically fit healthy foods into your
lifestyle (a.k.a. make them tasty and easy to
prepare)…and they don’t know my secret little
gems that adds “life” into eating healthy…mainly
because they just don’t know from
experience.
